The Council of Europe Program Office in Ankara is currently implementing 12 projects with various Turkish public institutions for a total budget of around 30.5 million euros, in the fields of human rights, justice, the rule of law and democracy.
The Office plans to organize an average of 250 events in Turkey and 10 study visits to EU countries between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023, and to organize 150-200 events in the following years . These events consist of public events or technical meetings (eg seminars, trainings), involving a number of participants varying from 10 to 300 depending on the objective and scope of the activity and project.
In terms of geographical scope, this tender aims to cover events/activities to be organized in Turkey and study visits to European countries within the framework of the projects.
In order to implement the mentioned activities, an international public call was launched to receive offers for the purchase of event management services for the program office in Ankara.
