NAI James E. Hanson negotiated a lease with Events Management Inc. for industrial space at 85 Horsehill Road in Cedar Knolls.
William Ericksen, Scott Perkins and Chris Todd of Hanson represented the owner, Horsehill Properties LLC, in the transaction.
