Launch of a new payment service

Now in a first such partnership, Wizkid has partnered with Flutterwave to launch To send to users, as a new way to send money to all parts of the world. Send is a fast, reliable and secure cross-border person-to-person payment service that allows its users to send money to local bank accounts, cash withdrawals and mobile wallets regardless of their location at using a smartphone, tablet or computer.

With Send, users can send money to and from 29 countries around the world, including the UK, US, South Africa, Kenya, and the EU.

Wizkid and GB met in Los Angeles to discuss the partnership and what it means for the two brands.

In the interview, Wizkid asked GB why Flutterwave chose him, and GB replied, “Before now I listened to your music, and I just noticed the growth is crazy. Watching this rise, this growth , I identify with that. How do we keep innovating on the last thing we did and keep doing that? That’s Wizkid’s answer.

Responding to GB’s question as to why he agreed to work with Flutterwave, Wizkid said, “Flutterwave is an African company, a quality company that responds to the daily payment challenges we face. Each payment must be made at home. For me, Flutterwave is easy, straightforward, and you can send money anywhere.

GB remarked: “We want to push Send. We want everyone in Africa, everyone in US, UK, Canada, wherever you are in the world, to be able to send money through our platform, which enables a small business in Africa to easily receive money and payments from anywhere in the world. . “

Flutterwave believes in collaboration, so when GB asked Wizkid why he teamed up with Justin Bieber on the hit single Gasoline, the artist replied, “We had a mutual friend and we sent the song to Bieber and he sent it back almost immediately. When he sent it and I saw how good it was, we decided to turn it off.I don’t care who you are, once it’s good we turn it off.
